Life long resident of Shasta/Tehama County Jordan grew up in Cottonwood and graduated from West Valley High School. His journey in radio started at just 12 years old.. He won an on-air contest after picking up the prize he took a tour and fell in love… later, he was running Giants Games and producing station imaging. Today he is the mid-day host on Red 103.1 and production director of radio stations from Redding down to Yuba City. In his free time Jordan enjoys long boarding with his degenerate friends on the Sacramento River trail, playing piano and spending as much time outside as possible.

Michael Kaufman
2p-6p Mon-Fri
Big Michael Kaufman’s voice can be heard daily as the “station voice” on radio and TV outlets in Maine, Kansas, Texas, Montana, the Poconos, and internationally in the UK, Germany, and Greece. He is also the voice for the 8th season for Big Water Adventures on the Outdoor Network.
When not playing radio big MK enjoys music at home, live concerts, hiking, and eating!

Tim Buc Moore
6p-10p M-F | Sun 7A-11a
Email: Tim@red1031.com
Tim Buc Moore has been rocking the Redding/Chico airwaves for most of his adult life, which is funny because he is rarely considered an adult. An avid napper and doodler, Tim enjoys stuff and also does stuff but not stupid stuff. He wanted us to describe him as Herculean, but yeah, that ain’t happening. Oh, Tim is also terrified of squirrels. Don’t ask…

Born in Chicago. Father to three awesome (and grown) kids. Sports fan, baseball being my favorite. Collector of records and vintage stereo equipment. Classic and muscle car owner/enthusiast. Enjoy working with my hands; on cars and various home projects. Love the outdoors!
Started my radio career 65 miles south of Chicago in a small fishing town. Within four years I was working on air at a rock station in the second tallest building in the Chicago. Since then, I’ve worked on handful of stations in my hometown (including my favorite station as a teenager) as well as Milwaukee and a few other places in the Midwest. I also worked in Southern California for a few years. I created, produced, and hosted two national rock radio shows from 2004 to 2014 which aired on well over 100 radio stations in North America.
It’s good to be back in California.

Vianna
10a-3p Sat
Growing up listening to Tim Buc Moore as a local Radio God, Vianna graduated from Pleasant Valley High School and Chico State with a BA in Music Industry and Keyboard Performance. Recently returning from years living abroad in the UK, she wrapped up a variety of musical experiences including being a classical music booker in London, DJing in Belfast, starting a weekly 50s style Rock-n-Roll Club to playing with 3 retired British blokes in a local regional covers band in the South West of England. Throw in a stint working with Festival VIPS at the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland and teaching English to Russian teenagers in Siberia through the wise words of the Beastie Boys, she is glad to be back where classic British rock from the 70s sound almost better than back in good old Blighty.

I have been in broadcasting since I was fourteen years old. I spent a good part of my career in The Bay Area working for many different stations. I “retired” in 2015 and moved to Cottonwood. Shortly after my arrival I was hired for part-time work at Results Radio where I am currently holding down the Saturday night (5-9PM) slot on Red 103.1. I have been actively involved in the theater community at the Cascade Theater, Shasta College and Axiom Repertory Theater. I also am the lead singer and guitar player in a classic rock band. “Chubby’s Allstars” has been together since the mid 80’s, mainly doing gigs in The South Bay. I love classic rock and have been playing some of these artists since they were “new”. My love for The Grateful Dead continues after seeing them for the first time in 1973. As a “Deadhead” I have attended over 350 live Dead concerts along with all of the many side projects with the band members. I have hosted several Grateful Dead shows on the radio and internet throughout the years. I currently live in Cottonwood with Sue, my wife of over thirty years and our fur baby “Scout”. I love living in the North State and enjoy being an active member of the community. I have met and continue to make life long friends. Thanks for listening and I’ll see you on the radio.
