Sycamore St., Willows CA 95988. This evacuation site is jointly staffed by Glenn County Health & Human Services Agency and the American Red Cross. An Animal Shelter is open at the Glenn County Fairgrounds, 221 E Yolo St. Orland, Ca 95963. The animal shelter is currently staffed by Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Animal Control staff and local volunteers. Creek Fire Covalo and Hwy 162 Glenn Co. 820 acres, 70% contained Butte Lightning Fire, Butte County NW of Oroville: 1900 acres, 20% contained.
