Fire closes 273 N and Twin View in Redding.

A vegetation fire has closed Hwy 273 north, just south of Caterpillar Road in Redding. Twin View Blvd has been closed in front of Perry’s Automotive. No acreage figures at the moment. The focus is on structure protection.

Forward progress has been stopped on all 3 fires of the Gyle Fire. Firefighters remain at scene. Acreage totals estimated between 20 AND 30 ACRES.

A vegetation fire at Stingy Lane and North St in Anderson has been completely put out. It was kept small in size and firefighters have left the scene.
