Community and Public Service: Creator of the Rockin’ Golf charity tournament for Make A Wish. Ron has helped Valley Oaks Children’s Services, Little League, The Hydrocephalus Association, Pink Ribbon Foundation, and the Northern California Unified School District music programs, Noon Exchange clubs, and a bunch more.

Ron’s Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
- German Butterball Potatoes
- Garlic
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Cream (If desired)
Instructions:
- Peel the potatoes and dice them.
- Boil the potatoes until tender enough to mash
- Roast your garlic by pre-heating an over to 400 degrees slice the top off the head of garlic drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Wrap it in foil and place in a shallow baking dish. Roast the garlic till it is golden and brown (about 40 minutes).
- Once you have your roasted garlic, peel it and add as much as you like for taste to your potatoes.
- Add extra olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and to make creamy or use cream, which ever you prefer.
- Then start mashing!

“The longest day of Golf which I participated in back in the 90’s. We raised $5000 for the American Cancer Society and we played 129 holes in one day. I would love to hold that record, which is 420 holes in one day.”
